 Factory blued is just that.  We package up your guns and send them back to the 
 factory for refinishing.  Guns are returned to us and you pay your bill at the shop. 
 
 Shipping to an dfrom the factory is extra and not included in the bluing 
 price.

  We have a refinishing facilty and can blue most firearms.  We can not blue aluminum guns and aluminum gun parts.  Our charge for bluing is for stripping, polishing and the bluing process.  If you have deep pitting from rust or damages, there will be additional charges to polish out the pits.

Our bluing process is a hot salt blue.  We fully disassemble the gun and polish the surface of the metal.  We use the standard Oxynate #7 bluing process and it will look very nice once completed.

Word of advice: If you bring in a gun that looks like it was dug up in the back yard and crewed on by an alligator, it will probably never look like a brand new gun again without major expense. We do our best but some guns may be just too far gone.
