Purchasing a firearm online is a fairly easy process and anyone that is legally able to own a firearm in their state can do it. 

To ensure that it is a smooth process please read and follow the instructions listed below.

If you do not understand or have any questions, please call us and we will be happy to help you out.
 
1. Before purchasing:
    a. Ensure that you are at least 21 years old. 
    b. Ensure you are legally able to own a firearm.
    (No felonies, restraining orders, drug addictions etc.)
    c. Ensure that the firearm is legal for you to 
        own in your state.
        (some states don't allow certain guns)
If you are not 100% sure, send me an email and I'll help you find out.

2. The firearm must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in your state.  Most gun shops and Pawn shops will be more than happy to assit you for a nominal fee if they have a license.  Usually the fee is $25-$45. If you need help locating one, give us a call and we can help you out. 

3. Have your FFL holder mail or fax us a copy of their license.

4. Order the firearm you would like by calling our shop during normal working hours.  If you call during off hours, just leave a contact name and telephone number on the answering machine and we will call you back.

5.  Once we have payment and the copy of the FFL, the firearm will be sent to your local FFL dealer.
For standard handguns, we charge $35 for shipping.  Guns with presentation cases and long guns can be slightly more.

6. Once your firearm arrives at your local FFL dealer, they will perform the required background checks and transfer the firearm to you in accordance with your local State and Federal laws.

7. All out of state sales of regular firearms are final. 
    All warrantee work will be handled by the factory.  
    
    If it is a custom revolver, call us and we will correct 
    the problem.

For Local Virginia residents:

1. Before purchasing, ensure that you are legally able to own the firearm.  If you have questions, call or email me.

2. Order the firearm you would like through our Online Store or by calling the shop.

3. You have the option of having it sent to your local FFL Dealer, picking it up at our store or picking it up at a gun show that we attend.

4. If you plan to pick it up in person, contact us in advance and ensure that you have
    a. Virgina State Drivers License or State ID card that is at least 30 days past date of issue.
    b. A secondary form of ID that contains the same name and address as on your Drivers License or State ID

5. We can run your background check at any gun show we attend or at the shop.

For Military Stationed in Virginia:

1. Follow all of the instructions listed above for Virginia residents.  

2.  If you plan to pick it up in person, contact us in advance and ensure that you have:

    a. Your local State Drivers License or State ID card that is at least 30 days past date of issue.
    b. Miltary ID Card and a copy of your orders that show your duty station is in the state of Viginia.
